Dr. Elena Niki Karletidi is an experienced business lawyer with over 15 years of experience in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the financial sector in Cyprus, Greece, and the EU. She is a Director at ENAH Services Ltd and an academic lecturer, recognised for her expertise in EU and Cyprus financial regulation.
Currently, she is a Director of ENAH Services Ltd, a firm providing legal and regulatory compliance consultancy, regulatory audits, and professional training to financial institutions and corporate clients. She is also a lecturer at the University of Cyprus and the Open University of Cyprus, Law Schools. Elena’s deep expertise, combined with academic insight and practical experience, ensures clients receive trusted guidance that mitigates risk, enhances governance, and supports sustainable business growth in a digitally innovative financial environment.
Elena specialises in Commercial, Company, Banking, Contract, Investment, and Consumer Protection Law. She holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, an LL.M. in International Commercial Law, and a PhD in Law. Her doctoral research on Crowdfunding Law in the digital age, has been published as a practical legal guide, providing an innovative and groundbreaking legal analysis of the legal framework for Crowdfunding in EU and Cyprus.
She has served as an advocate in Greece, representing clients in complex court litigations, covering the whole range of civil, commercial and corporate cases, as a Legal Advisor to credit institutions in Cyprus, and held senior roles in regulatory compliance at systemic banks in Cyprus.
Elena is a certified mediator and a professional member (MiCA) of the International Compliance Association. She is a Founding and Board Member of the Cyprus Compliance Association and a member of the Cyprus Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
