20 Μαΐου 2024 Δημοσιογραφική Διάσκεψη CIF και Υπουργείου Υγείας «Μανιφέστο» Διαφάνεια στο Γενικό Σχέδιο Υγείας Πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 20 Μαΐου 2024 διάσκεψη τύπου που διοργανώθηκε από το Cyprus Integrity Forum υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Υγείας, στην παρουσία της Γενικής Διευθύντριας του Υπουργείου, Δρα. Χριστίνας Γιαννάκη κατά την οποία παρουσιάστηκε το «Μανιφέστο» αναφορικά με την ανάγκη Διαφάνειας στο Γενικό Σχέδιο Υγείας. Σε εισαγωγική ομιλία, ο Πρόεδρος του Cyprus Integrity Forum κ. Μάριος Σκανδάλης ανέφερε ότι το Μανιφέστο αποτελεί την κοινή προσπάθεια των πλείστων εταίρων του τομέα υγείας στην Κύπρο για διαφύλαξη του ΓΕΣΥ.  Ακολούθησε ανάλυση των ενοτήτων του θεσμού που χρήζουν άμεσης προσοχής, από τον Δρα. Στέλιο Χατζηχριστοφή, μέλος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του Cyprus Integrity Forum. Κατά το χαιρετισμό της εκδήλωσης, η Δρ. Γιαννάκη τόνισε την εκτίμηση του Υπουργείου Υγείας για την προσπάθεια προαγωγής της διαφάνειας στο ΓΕΣΥ και κατ’ επέκταση τη βελτίωση του. On May 20, 2024 the Cyprus Integrity Forum organised a press conference under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, in the presence of the General Directorate of the Ministry, Dr. Christina Yiannaki during which the "Manifesto" was presented regarding the need for Transparency in the National Health Scheme. In his introductory speech, the President of the Cyprus Integrity Forum, Mr. Marios Skandalis, stated that the Manifesto is the joint effort of a number of stakeholders in the health sector in Cyprus to safeguard the NHS.  This was followed by an analysis of the items of the institution which require immediate attention, by Dr. Stelios Hatzichristofis, Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Integrity Forum. Addressing the event, Dr. Yiannaki emphasised the appreciation of the Ministry of Health for the effort to promote transparency in the NHS and welcomed all initiatives for its improvement.
