Dimitris Katopodis

Dimitris Katopodis is the Head of Human Resources at the State Health Services Organisation. He brings a wealth of expertise and a strong educational background, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from CIIM, as well as an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from Kingston University, UK.
Dimitris has an impressive professional journey. He served as the General Manager of Leroy Merlin’s Cyprus branch, where he led significant growth and development initiatives. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in launching Starbucks in Cyprus, where he subsequently held the position of Operations and Store Manager.
