The Cyprus Integrity Forum met with representatives of the UN in the context of the assessment of Cyprus for the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption.
CIF, as the only anti-corruption NGO in Cyprus, briefed on its activities and discussed its co-operation with the UN Office for the Prevention of Corruption.
A successful meeting was conducted between the President of CIF Marios Skandalis with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Department of Economic Crime and Corruption of the USA. and with representatives of the US Embassy in Cyprus.
The representatives were informed about the areas of activity of our Organization and discussed prospects of cooperation.
The Cyprus Integrity Forum (CIF) in collaboration with the NGO Blue Print for Free Speech in Australia, organized the panel discussion on the topic: “The new European Directive for the Protection of Witnesses of Public Interest (Whistleblowers)”.
