Nicholas Shiakallis is a Certified Public Accountant and Register Auditor. He holds his own auditing practice. Nicholas holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accounts in Cyprus (ICPAC) with twenty years’ experience in the accounting and auditing profession in Cyprus. He was a member of the Board of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (2014-2017).

Mr. Rovertos Yiousellis is Heading the Internal Audit of Logicom Group, an international group of leading information technology companies, listed on the Main Market of the Cyprus Stock Exchange and serving more than 8,000 customers through its fully owned subsidiaries in 16 different countries. Mr. Yiousellis is a UK qualified and trained auditor.  He commenced his professional career in Alexander Lawson Chartered Accountants, London UK from where he joined Ernst & Young (EY) Cyprus’ Audit & Assurance team in 1998 until 2003. He then moved to Cyprus Trading Corporation (CTC) Group, one of the largest and most diversified, publicly listed Group of Companies in Cyprus at the time, where he held the post of Head of Group Internal Audit from 2008 until 2018, before moving to Logicom Group. Mr. Yiousellis, is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), holds an MBA (Finance) from The University of Manchester (UK) and is a Certified Internal Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors (US). He is currently a Board Member of the Cyprus Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Board Member of Cyprus Integrity Forum (CIF) and Chairman of the Economic Crime and Forensic Accounting Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).  Mr. Yiousellis also served as member of the Parallel Parliament Committee on Public Health of the House of Representatives between 2019 – 2020 and is participating in various groups and NGOs, promoting ESG initiatives. Mr. Yiousellis is a proud husband, father of two and a passionate sea enthusiast. He is a licenced Powerboat Examiner from the Deputy Ministry of Shipping (Cyprus), licenced yacht skipper and scuba diver.

Aphrodite Kyriakou is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Regulatory Compliance, Banking law, Company law, Anti- corruption, Competition law, Consumer Protection law in the EU, Cyprus and the US. Since 2017, she is a Regulatory Compliance Officer at the Bank of Cyprus Group. Her responsibilities include monitoring and analysing regulatory updates on EU and Cyprus’ regulatory framework, spearheading bank wide projects and managing teams for regulatory implementation, drafting legal opinions, conducting compliance audits, and providing compliance training to staff. Her professional career commenced in 2012 where she served as a Financial Instrument Client Relationship Manager in UBS Investment Bank in Connecticut, where she played a key role in ensuring adherence to the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform Act’s requirements. In 2014 she worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Wilson Keadjian Browndorf LLP in New York where she advised clients on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Trust law and High-frequency trading. In her previous roles as a Corporate Lawyer, a Shipping Lawyer and a Business Development Officer, Aphrodite excelled in Company law, on Company Incorporation, Legal drafting and analysis, Due diligence, Vessel and Seafarers’ registration and Business promotion. Aphrodite possesses an LLB Law from the University of Warwick, an MSc International Business from the University of Nottingham, and the PON on Global Negotiation from the Harvard Law School. She is a qualified lawyer with admissions to the New York State and the Cyprus Bar Association.

Antonis Hadjicostas is a highly skilled and experienced compliance and audit professional with over 15 years of experience in the banking, investment, and insurance sectors. He began his career at HSBC Greece, acting as a personal relationship officer and financial advisor, before joining PwC Cyprus, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and rose to Senior Manager, leading key engagements in the financial sector. He later held senior roles at a systemic bank in Cyprus, heading the Regulatory Compliance and Audit & Quality Assurance Units, and also served as Interim Chief Compliance Officer. Antonis is currently the Director of ENAH Services Ltd in Cyprus, which specializes in consulting, regulatory compliance, and auditing in the financial sector. Antonis holds a BSc and MSc in Mathematics, Statistics & Operational Research from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He is a Fellow of ICAEW, a member of ICPAC, an accredited commercial mediator under the Ministry of Justice, a CCCI member, as well as a professional member of the International Compliance Association (MiCA). Since April 2024, I have been a Founding Member of the Cyprus Compliance Association (CCA), holding the position of the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the CCA. Antonis is deeply committed to promoting integrity and transparency in the financial sector. Through mentorship and collaboration, he empowers peers and nurtures future leaders—reinforcing his pivotal role within the CIF and the broader community.
