The students of Agios Georgios Lakatamia High School participating in the Erasmus+ program welcomed the student delegation from the Scientifico Statale “G. Peano” – Monterotondo school in Italy. Together, they took part in an interactive workshop on the topic of “Ethos.”
Through engaging and enjoyable activities, as well as discussions based on real-life scenarios, they reflected on what is fair and right and considered how to act responsibly when faced with ethical dilemmas. They learned and practiced ethical strategies through role-playing games, specifically the “T.H.I.N.K.” and “5 C’s” strategies.
The workshop was conducted by Dr. Branka van der Linden on behalf of the CYPRUS INTEGRITY FORUM.
At the end of the workshop, students received the book Project True North as a gift. The book features short stories about ethical dilemmas in school life, teaching that honesty always points in the right direction—just like a compass. The book is authored by Dr. Branka van der Linden and published in collaboration with the Cyprus Integrity Forum.
